If an auction fails to sell or meet the reserve price, it will automatically relist with all previous bids held.
As we sell world wide, this means we have auctions finishing at all times to suit everyone.

If you are not 100% happy when you receive your opal you can return as it is for a refund. Returns for altered rubbed/cut opal with not be accepted please do not alter the contents if you do it is yours and we cannot accept a return.

Customers in the UK

We operate a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item to return it item for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return postage

Customers in the Rest of the World

We operate a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your item to contact us to start a return. Then you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. (this does not include the shipping time)
